**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
**Duties:**
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, walk-in and email
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments on their insurance products
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to analyze customer needs
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling high call volumes
- Previous experience in sales or upselling is a plus
- Able to multi-task
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic customer service environment where you can utilize your skills to provide top-notch service to our clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
